Note: These instructions are correct for the latest version of the respective browsers at the time of publication. Older versions may have slightly different methods, but in general they should be similar.
desktop browsers

Chrome
To save a web page to PDF with Chrome, follow these steps:

This method applies to the newer Chromium-based browser. Although an older version of Edge exists, it is no longer supported. The following screenshot shows Chromium Edge.
Step 1: choose Three points in the upper right corner and select Impression from the drop down menu. Alternatively, press Ctrl+P.

Safari
There are actually two ways to save a web page as a PDF file in Safari:
Step 1 – While Safari is active, select Archive in the menu bar and select the option *Export as PDF…” from the drop-down menu.
Step 2 – In the next popup window, enter the file name, select the destination and select Save button. That’s all!
An alternative way to save on Safari
If you want a little more control over the information in the PDF, Safari offers a longer method:
Step 1 – While Safari is active, click on Archive in the menu bar and select Print…” option from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, press *Command-P to open the printer window.
Step 2 – In the next pop-up window, select Arrow down located in the lower left corner, as shown above. choose save as pdf in the resulting dropdown menu.
Step 3: Another pop-up appears. Here you can enter the file name, title, subject, author, and keyboard, and you can also set security options.

Firefox
At one point, of the four most popular desktop browsers, Firefox was the only one that didn’t include a built-in PDF printer. Instead, it was based on the Microsoft Print to PDF feature of Windows 10.
But now, as far as we know, in Windows 11, the latest version of Firefox has its own Save to PDF feature. Here’s how to use it:
Step 1: choose three horizontal lines located in the upper right corner and select Print…” in the dropdown menu. As a faster alternative, you can simply type *Ctrl + P to open the print menu.
Step 2: choose Save to PDF of Destination drop down menu and select Save button when ready.

Firefox for Mac
The process is similar in Firefox for Mac. To print a PDF using Firefox on Mac:
Step 1 – With Firefox open, select the icon with three horizontal lines, then scroll down to Impression. Alternatively, guess Command+P.
Step 2: You Impression dialog box, scroll down to the bottom left corner and select PDF from the drop down menu.
Step 3: Choose Impressionand after Save dialog box, name your PDF, and choose a save location.

Safari for iOS/iPadOS
There are two ways to create a PDF using Safari on iPhone and iPad. The first method uses a screenshot tool:
Step 1: Open the web page in Safari and take a screenshot. This method depends on your device.
Step 2: On the next screen select Full page tab and select the tags you want to include. choose Made when you finish.
Step 3: Choose Save PDF to files in the resulting popup window.
Step 4: Select the destination on your device and select Save to complete.
Option 2: Safari for iOS/iPadOS
The second method uses the Share tool:
Step 1: Open the web page in Safari and select Share button.
Step 2 – From the drop-down (iPad) or pop-up (iPhone) list for sharing, select odds under the website title.
Step 3: Choose PDF in the list below, then select back (iPad) or Made (iPhone).
Step 4 – In the sharing panel, select save to files.
Step 5: Select the destination and then select Save.
Chrome for Android
Follow these steps to save a web page to PDF using Chrome for Android:
Step 1: Open the desired website in Chrome, select Icon with three points located in the upper right corner and select Share in the drop down menu.
Step 2: A popup menu appears at the bottom of the screen. Select from this menu Impression.
Step 3: Choose Arrow down at the top of the screen and select save as pdf option from the drop down menu.
Step 4: Choose Arrow down low paper size and select document options (size, color, pages) if necessary.
Step 5 – When you are ready to save the PDF, select the circle PDF icon on the right side of the screen.
Step 6 – Name your file by scrolling to the bottom of the next screen, entering a name in the text box, and then selecting Save.
You also have the option to choose a save location by simply pressing three horizontal lines (You will see them in the upper left corner of the screen). You can choose from a variety of options including downloads folder, elsewhere in your device storage, or in your Google Drive.
Chrome for iOS
You can also save PDFs directly from Chrome if you’re using an iOS device; however, the instructions are slightly different.
Step 1: choose Share (you can find it in the top right corner of the screen) and scroll down a bit until you see it Impression option. Select it.
Step 2 – In the Print menu, use both fingers to make a pinch motion that will allow you to zoom in and take a closer look. If you do this, the page will automatically transform into a full-screen PDF that you can view.
Step 3: In the upper right corner of the screen, select Share icon again, then select save to files. You can then enter the name you want to call the file and that’s it – now you have a PDF of your website. Note that you can also implement this process in Firefox for iOS.
