The challenge consists of a black and white striped moving image with a heart in the middle.
@thecardguy warns viewers to be prepared to see everything stretch after the 10 second challenge ends.
The trick is to look at the heart for 10 seconds without blinking.
Ten seconds later, everything around you will look like it’s stretching.
A TikTok user tells his viewers that he will count down from 10.
“When I get to one, I look around, everything will look like it’s stretching,” he said. “No matter where you are, it’s going to stretch.”
Sounds unbelievable, right?
Believe it or not, tons of social media users are freaking out over this confusing optical illusion.
“It looked like my wall was melting,” one TikTok user said in the comments section.
Another added: “My comments are exaggerated.”
One user said: “my arms are longer now.”
