Angie Katsanevas has joined the cast of RHOSLC for its third installment in 2022. And thanks to her friendship with Jen and Heather (dating back to 2020), she fits easily into the group.
But even though Angie was connected to the SLC group through Jen and Heather, their alliances may have changed after Season 3 ended. Last we saw her, she shared a bunch of photos from a Utah Foster event. Care (an organization Lisa Barlow is heavily involved in) along with Whitney and Lisa.
Two stars have ever been seen leaving comments on Angie’s Instagram posts while Jen and Heather haven’t!
Did you know: Angie auditioned for the show in 2019, but didn’t make it. “You’re asking if I joined the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City…The answer is NO…But we (Katsanevas and daughter) got our matching mommy and me outfit in case they call us back,” Katsanevas shared on his Instagram at the time.

Angie Katsanevas is co-owner of Lunatic Fringe Hair Salon in Salt Lake City. She founded the salon in 1999 with her husband, Ella Shaw, in a 7,500-square-foot building. And today, the nationally recognized brand is strong and growing in nine locations.
In Utah only, they are located at 2545 East Parleys Way, 445 East South Temple, 7686 South Union Park Ave, 4343 North Highway 224, and 4640 South Holladay Blvd.
In addition to Lunatic Fringe, Angie has used her 27 years of experience as a stylist to open a beauty school in Holladay, Utah called The School SLC.

From 2021 to 2022, Elektra won several equestrian competitions. After winning one in June 2022, she said, “Mom, this isn’t the first time I’ve gotten my first or last time. It will happen a million more times. So DON’T sizzle when I win.” She seems to have inherited her mother’s confidence.
Additionally, Elektra has already launched multiple businesses, including Little Lots and Pony Treats.
Now back to Angie’s wife, Shawn is the owner of Paul Mitchell The School SLC/Ogden. He attended Harvard Business School and the University of Utah.
