What is Klombo?
Clombo is a large lizard/dragon creature that can be found around Fortnite Island. Clombos are deadly, but they won’t attack you unless you provoke them. You have to deal a lot of damage for them to be aggressive towards you, so it’s unlikely you’ll need to worry about them. However, Klombos has other uses that you should be aware of. For one, you can jump on Klomb’s head and use his opening to launch yourself into the air. This can make it easier to slip.
Another factor to take into account is that you can feed the Clombo Clombers, which are located on the map. These can be collected in the area around Klomb and can also be purchased from NPCs. If you feed Klombo the clomber, he will spit out the prey for you. Sometimes it’s bad, sometimes it’s good, but it’s worth considering if you need new equipment.

Clombos spawn all over the map, though they don’t usually spawn in the same places. This is because they tend to wander. Like other living, breathing creatures, they can be difficult to track. But there is a place that always has Klomba. This is a small body of water to the southeast of Greasy Grove, as shown on the map above. Klombo tend to spawn around the surface of the water and always spawn there. You can find them in other places, but the place on the map above is the only place where we have consistently found Klomba. However, keep an eye out for one while playing the game, especially if you have clombers with you, because they can come in handy.
Can you fight Klombos?
You can definitely fight them, but we don’t recommend it! You have to deal a lot of damage before the Klombos attack you, but once they do, it’s hard to shake them off. Klombo will then turn red and start shooting projectiles at you and hitting you, dealing a devastating amount of damage. However, you can use a clomberry to make it friendly again, so make sure you keep it in your back pocket.
