In connection with the murder of Memphis rapper Young Dolph, a third suspect has been brought to justice.
A grand jury indicted Hernandez Govan on three counts on November 10 and he was indicted, according to Shelby County District Attorney Steve Mulroy.
Govan is charged with first degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder and attempted first degree murder. Hernandez Govan, is the only person named in this indictment charged with conspiracy to commit first degree murder, which is interesting.

The buzz may be approaching the roar of the Memphis Grizzlies. Yo Gotti’s older brother is Big Jook. Fans need clarification as to why he is positioned next to Govan. The date the photo was taken has yet to be revealed.
