“Closed” clusters
Until May 9, 610 grouped cases (or “clusters”) have been detected, but 386 have been “closed”, reports the DGS. Thus, 224 homes are still active on July 27, including 7 newly discovered. “Cluster” is defined by the occurrence of at least three confirmed or probable, in a period of 7 days, that belong to the same community or have participated in the same meeting.
“It’s up to us to stick with some good habits, some sensible gestures and not relax, staying awake and alert,” according to the DGS. “The spread of the virus is slow and inconspicuous, especially in young adults with few symptoms.”
