The wife of the late NBA legend Vanessa Bryant paid tribute to her husband Kobe Bryant and their daughter, who died in a helicopter crash.

The 37-year-old widow took to Instagram on Thursday to thank her family’s supporters around the world and also announced the creation of a fund to help other families affected by the accident.
“My girls and I want to thank the millions of people who have shown support and love during this terrible time. Thanks for all the prayers. We definitely need them,” Vanessa Bryant said.
“We are completely devastated by the sudden loss of my loving husband, Kobe, the incredible father of our children; and my beautiful, sweet Gianna, a loving, caring, wonderful daughter and amazing sister to Natalia, Bianca and Capri. We are also devastated for the families who lost loved ones on Sunday and we intimately share their grief,” she added.
“Right now there aren’t enough words to describe our pain. I take comfort in knowing that both Kobe and Gigi knew they were so loved. We have been so incredibly blessed to have them in our lives. I wish they were here with us forever. They were our beautiful blessings. that were taken from us too soon.”
“I am not sure what awaits us in life after today and it is impossible to imagine life without them. But we wake up every day, trying to keep pushing because Kobe and our little girl, Gigi, light our way. Our love for them is infinite, that is, immeasurable. I just wish I could hug and kiss and bless them. To have them here with us, forever.”
It also shares information about a fund to help other families affected by the disaster.
