Brice is orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics. He is also the founder of Elevation Orthodontics and has been working as an orthodontist since October 2019. Prior to that, he worked in the dental practice from 2015 to 2019.

Talking with Incisal Edge Journal, said: “When people think of orthodontics, they usually think of children and adolescents. We wanted to create a modern space for adults.” He added that he decided to keep the staff small to ensure genuine, personal interaction with each patient.
Brooke, his wife, helped him build his 2,400-square-foot frame. “We knew we needed an office that didn’t feel like a dentist at all,” said Dr. Brice. “It should have looked mature, luxurious and aesthetically pleasing. It would be hard to say, ‘Hey, we’re going to do some cosmetic work for you, without an aesthetically pleasing space.'”
Brice attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In 2007 she studied biochemistry, cell and molecular biology there. She received her Doctorate of Dentistry and Dentistry from Meharry Medical College in 2013. She completed her residency at Howard University (Howard University Hospital) Orthodontic Residency.
