Former Bachelorette contestant Clare Crawley recently shared a video of her new boyfriend with her Instagram followers. She posted the video as a post with the phrase “He” and a symbol of love. She also shared an Instagram story (now no longer available) where she wrote:
“My ideal day.”
Several Bachelor Nation stars have commented on the video, expressing joy that the “secret” has finally been revealed. While Katie Thurston, Ashley Iaconetti, Sarah Herron and Caroline Lunny said they had long known the news and were waiting for it to be revealed, Clare’s company, DeFacto Salon, said:
“Finally. “One year later, you’re still adorable.”
The video shows the pair joking around with each other, with Clare giggling and talking about how much she loves the music. An expanded version of the video was posted on her now-defunct Instagram story, in which the two are seen kissing. Also included are some pictures of them.
The director of Mascot Sports is Ryan Dawkins.
Ryan Dawkins, Clare Crawley’s boyfriend on The Bachelor season 16, is from Oakland, California. According to his LinkedIn page, he is the CEO of Mascot Sports. He has been running a marketing agency for over six years. On LinkedIn, he stated the company’s mission as follows:
“Through athletes, sponsors and events, we encourage gatherings to innovate.” The mascot represents a select group of customers in sponsorship strategy, experiential marketing, and represents athletes.”
Ryan was the president and creator of Project Sports before Mascot Sports (acquired by Racehorse, LLC). He attended San Francisco State University for bachelor’s and master’s degrees. According to his Mascot Sports profile, he is a “competitive athlete” who finished second in the San Diego to Atlantic City Trans-American Race and has competed in numerous IRONMAN events.
It continued:
“In recognition of his accomplishments, Ryan received Acquisition International’s 2015 Business Excellence Award for ‘Best Events Operator’ for his contributions to the development of development in this area.”
Ryan has three children, according to his biography. Meanwhile, he’s meeting The Bachelorette’s Clare Crawley, who just announced their romance on Instagram.

Clare Crawley tried to find love before The Bachelor Season 16 in The Bachelor Season 18 and Bachelor in Paradise Seasons 1 and 2. She ended up falling in love with Dale Moss, one of the suitors on The Bachelor season 2020. At the end of the ABC show, the two got engaged and were spotted traveling together. Things began to fall apart a few months later when Dale announced the couple split in January 2021.
