Two suspects will go on trial for the March 2018 Mireille’s Knoll murder. The judges upheld the anti-Semitic nature of the crime.
The judges in charge of the investigation into the murder of Mireille Knoll, an eight-year-old Jewish girl murdered in Paris in March 2018, ordered a trial for “murder of a vulnerable person and committed because of the victim’s religion” against two suspects, at-on learned Monday from multiple sources.
According to the indictment dated July 10, the two men, Yacine Mihoub, the neighbor’s son, a 30-year-old man who had known the eight-year-old girl since childhood, and Alex Carrimbacus, a marginal who spent 24 years in a psychiatric history, she must appear in accordance with the prosecutor’s accusation of murder, aggravated by two circumstances: the fact that the old woman was a “vulnerable person” and that this act was committed “by her faith” of her.

“As I have always said, Ms. Knoll was killed at that time because she was an elderly person who could not defend herself and because she caused contempt especially for her Jewish origin,” said M.Sc. Gilles-William Goldnadel, lawyer for the Knoll family.
“The judges could not stand the pressure of public opinion,” concluded Charles Consigny and Me Fabrice de Korodi, lawyers for Yacine Mihoub. “There is nothing in the folder other than the statement of Alexander Carrimbacus that suggests any anti-Semitism in this case,” they said.
Attorney Alex Carrimbacus was not immediately available for comment.
