NExT Mock Test 2023: National Exit Test (NExT) Mock Test 2023 scheduled to be conducted on July 28, 2023 on computers has been cancelled. Dr Yogendar Malik, an official with the NMC, said medical aspirants who appear in the NExT mock test will receive a refund.

According to the given details, candidates under General/OBC category must pay a non-refundable application fee of Rs 2000, while candidates from SC/ST/EWS must pay Rs 1000. Reference Disability (PwD) candidates are exempt from paying the registration fee for the AIIMS NExT Mock Test.

Earlier on July 13, 2023, the National Health Commission (NMC) made an official announcement and announced that the National Exit Test (NExT) exam has been postponed on the advice of the Ministry from July 11, 2023 until new guidance from the Department of Family Health and Welfare is available.

What is the NExT exam?

The National Exit Test (NExT) will replace the PG National Eligibility Test (NEET) for admission to various graduate courses (PG) in 2024. NExT will also close serves as a qualification test, degree assessment and regular final year MBBS entrance exam for foreign medical graduates who wish to practice in India.
