Many viewers didn’t even know that Olivia had a brother before the Welcome to Plathville season 4 premiere. They only found out about Nathan when Olivia revealed in the season 4 premiere that she had moved to Tampa, Florida when she, her husband Ethan Plath, and Moriah Plath moved there in the season 3 finale.
Nathan was 18 when season 4 was filmed and moving with his older sister to Tampa was the first time he had lived away from home. He revealed on the show that moving to Tampa was an “overnight” decision right after he graduated from high school.
As we all know, Nathan and his sister Olivia, like the Plath children, come from a conservative family of fundamentalist Christians. It will only be a matter of time before they learn to spread their wings and understand the true meaning of freedom.
Nathan wants to experience the world, and according to his Instagram account, he intends to do so as a musician.
Is Nathan Meggs dating Moriah Plath?
Moriah Plath, also called the “wild child” of the family, may not be living her best life right now. In the season 4 premiere, she confirmed that she and her longtime boyfriend Max are no longer together, and even though we’re already into this season, it seems like she’s still not over the breakup.
Moriah and Max have been dating since season 2 of the show and everything seemed to be going well until Max made a mistake. Though the mistake was kept under wraps for a while, Nathan revealed in a now-deleted YouTube video that the reason they broke up was because he was cheating on Moriah. He even mentioned crossing borders.
Adding to their recent breakup, seeing Moriah living with Nathan, Ethan and Olivia sharing a place, everyone assumes Moriah and Nathan are dating. Are they?
Moriah and Nathan have a lot in common. In addition to being teenagers who have had a taste of freedom recently, they are both aspiring musicians. Also, they are quite opposite when it comes to their character and nature. On one side is Nathan, who is introverted and likes to keep everything to himself, and on the other, Moriah, who is called the “wild child” of the family.
All of that said, we don’t think Moriah and Nathan are in a relationship, as there isn’t much evidence to suggest they’re still a thing. Plus, it’s healthy that Moriah isn’t rushing out because it’s unclear if she’s moved on from that disastrous breakup. More than anything or anyone, Moriah must focus on herself and fix the many things in her life that aren’t right before she starts anything with someone.
If you didn’t know, Moriah was the first to spark dating rumors between her and Nathan when she shared some photos from their night out in November 2021. While many fans swooned over Moriah’s outfit, some noticed an unknown guy in the photos. Although Moriah later deleted the images, it was too late and people had already found out that the stranger was Olivia’s brother, Nathan Meggs.

That deleted Instagram post also made it almost clear that Moriah and Max had broken up because Moriah wasn’t wearing a promise ring in the photos.
Speaking of Nathan’s love life, we’re not quite sure if he’s currently single or dating. However, in 2020 he was definitely dating a girl named Frida Aguilar. Nathan even posted on Instagram celebrating their three and six months together.
