SPOOKS has thwarted terrorist plots against a music festival, a police station and a court in the last two years.
MI5 and the police revealed this week that they had thwarted 39 recent plots.

Sunday’s audit of court hearings shows the Pride Parade and its representatives were targeted.

Matthew King, 19, attacked the barracks and magistrates court.
He was jailed for life after MI5 acted on intelligence provided by the Prevent strategy.
King, from Wickford, Essex, wanted to join IS in Syria, expressed his desire to kill a Marine online and made videos of potential targets.
He discussed his plans with a woman identified in court only as Miss A.
King received a discretionary life sentence with a minimum sentence of six years after admitting to preparing acts of terrorism.
Met commander Dominic Murphy said: “I sincerely believe this was an unavoidable terrorist attack.”
Islamist terrorism is responsible for approximately two-thirds of the attacks since 2018.
It occupies around three quarters of the resources and almost two thirds of the imprisoned terrorists.
