Nipsey Hussle died after being shot in Los Angeles on Sunday (March 31). She was 33 years old.
The Grammy-nominated rapper was killed while filming the exterior of his Marathon store in South Los Angeles in response to code enforcement. Two different men were in critical condition and the suspect remains in the crowd. Moments before the photo shoot, the rapper, born Ermias Asghedom, was seen filming with fans along with a young boy outside his Marathon store, which opened in 2017. 
In addition, he tweeted about “haters” hours before the incident. “It’s a blessing to have strong enemies,” she wrote.
After the news broke, Nipsey’s friends took to social media to share their prayers.
“I pray @nipseyhussle has a good time ????????!!! Shit man too crazy he’s a good guy,” 2 Chainz tweeted, while Wale added: “Nah man I can’t even take this shit. God, please cover my man.”
