He also served as Director of Services for Think Food Group, where he worked to develop FOH services for Minibar in Washington DC, Bazaar by Jose Andres SLS Hotel in Miami, China Pablano at Cosmopolitan Hostel, Mi Casa in Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico, to name a few.
After meeting his wife, Katie Button, in 2010, the couple co-founded Heirloom Hospitality Group and opened the Spanish-style tapas bar Curate in Asheville, North Carolina.
