CHARLOTTE Dawson has revealed her fear after social media trolls made false statements to social services about her children.
The pregnant reality TV star opened up about the impact of troll claims on social media in front of her 1.3 million Instagram followers.

Describing it as a “scary” experience, Charlotte, 30, explained that the troll made a false claim about the safety of her son Noah, as well as her unborn child.
The star is 38 weeks pregnant and admitted that the situation affected her pregnancy, saying it was “difficult and exhausting.”
Speaking on Instagram, he said: “I just can’t believe this person could get away with making false accusations and wasting the time of social services.”
She went on to say, “Just the thought of Noah stripping me down is absolutely terrifying. That’s how I felt on Wednesday.”
Despite the accusations, Charlotte insisted that her son is “the luckiest little man in the world” and has “a lot of love and happiness around him”.
He also hinted that he has an opinion on who may have filed the false report, saying, “I hope it’s proven to be true because then I would have known all along.”
It comes after the star opened up about a similar situation in May, after taking a break from social media.
The daughter of the late comedian Les Dawson said at the time: “I love you all on Instagram and I’m so grateful for all the support and love, everything I get is just amazing.”
“But these have been very difficult days, to be honest. I’m very pregnant as you can see, it’s blooming isn’t it, our boy?
“As much as I want to get off social media, because I really do, it seems like you just want to get off, which I’ll tell you. I just have to put on my big girl panties.”
She continued: “If you have followed me for a while, you will have seen that I received a phone call from social services last year, last July.
“She was basically saying that Noah is always hurt while I’m taking care of him, that I’m always drunk with him, that he’s always in the hospital and all that shit.”
Charlotte went on to say, “I got another phone call around this time on Friday saying it’s the same situation, the exact same thing, so this person is not going to stop until something drastically bad happens to me, my family, or Noah knocks us down.
“Just stop now, you absolute idiot,” he concluded.
