Alan Wake 2 offers plenty of collectibles to find if you want to see and learn about everything the game has to offer, some of which can actually come in handy for combat. While playing as Saga, you’ll want to keep your eyes open for finding and equipping amulets, most of which can be obtained by completing nursery rhymes around each of the game’s three main cards. Below we have listed all the spells in the game, the effects they provide and where you can find them.

Logan’s charm
Effect: Increases your maximum health.
Location: Obtained automatically at the start of the game.
Coffee cup charm
Effect: Saves you from death when your health is depleted, but it breaks right after.
Locations: There are multiple coffee mug charms Alan Wake 2.
- Cauldron Lake – Solve the nursery rhyme near the Witchfinder’s Station, then follow the footprints on the ground to the bunk bed.
- Cauldron Lake – Solve the nursery rhyme in the rental cabin area, then check out cabin 6.
- Cauldron Lake – Solve the nursery rhyme near the Ranger Station, then follow the footprints on the ground to the bunk bed.
- Aquatic – Solve the nursery rhyme in the northeast part of the map, then visit the moose statue nearby.
- Watery – Solve the nursery rhyme in the building behind Suomi Hall, then check the mailbox outside.
Mayor setter charm
Effect: Shows all collectibles on the map.
Location: Obtained by visiting the Mayor Setter in Wateryu in Return 6.
Wizard
Effect: Attacks will stagger enemies more often.
Location: Obtained by solving the nursery rhyme in the far western part of Cauldron Lake, then checking the picnic table next to the puzzle.
The charm of Kalevala nights
Effect: Increase the duration and area of effect of your hand torch.
Location: Obtained by solving the nursery rhyme at the private cabin in Cauldron Lake, then walking north into Streamside to the tree with the fallen birdhouse.
Deer charm
Effect: Makes you stagger and interrupt less intensely/more often.
Location: Obtained by solving the nursery rhyme near the Radio Tower in Watery, then checking the deer carcass near the Radio Tower itself.
The charm of the coffee world tokens
Effect: Improves the quality and quantity of resources found.
Location: Obtained by solving the nursery rhyme on the dock in the Watery trailer park, then checking the fish cleaning station nearby.
The charm of the lighthouse
Effect: Increases how much health is regenerated in safe havens.
Location: Obtained by solving the nursery rhyme at the Watery lighthouse, then going north to check the beach near the bridge and returning to the center of Watery.
Mr. Drippy Charm
Effect: Improves your damage output when your health is low.
Location: Obtained by solving the nursery rhyme in Latte Lagoon in the coffee world in Watery, then checking the small boat that floats right after.
FBC charm
Effect: Increase the damage you deal before enemies notice you.
Location: Obtained by solving the nursery rhyme outside the Ranger Cabin in Watery, then checking the bunk bed.
Deerfest charm
Effect: Extends the time before darkness shields regenerate.
Location: Obtained by completing the nursery rhyme in the trailer park in Watery and then checking near the exit from the same trailer.
Lantern Charm
Effect: Charges your flashlight additionally.
Location: Obtained by solving the nursery rhyme found in the area between Bunker Woods and the Bright Falls Wellness Center, then following the path back to Bunker Woods.
The charm of the nursing home Valhalla
Action: Improves healing of traumatic pads and painkillers.
Location: Obtained by solving the nursery rhyme at the Ranger Station in Bright Falls, then checking the beach to the northeast.
anchor charm
Effect: Gives your flashlight boost a chance to stun an enemy.
Location: Obtained by solving the nursery rhyme in the shipyard in Bright Falls, then checking near the nearby ship.
