Every Fire Emblem game features a group of characters that you can recruit and bring into your army to fight. Fire Emblem Participate It doesn’t have as deep a social system as the previous entry, but it still has a handful of characters that you can stop recruiting if you don’t know what to do. Although the recruitment process for these units is not complicated, if you don’t do it at the right time and miss the opportunity, there is no going back for them. How to Hire Jean
The first character you might miss is a battle monk named Jean.
Step 1: Go to Chapter 6.

Step 1: Go to Chapter 15.
Step 2 – During the mission, clear out all the enemies on the field and then talk to Seadall with Alear.
Step 3: Seadall will join your party.
How to Hire Lindon
Lindon the Wise is probably the hardest character to get on your team, so keep an eye on him to make sure you don’t lose him.
Step 1: Go to Chapter 18.
Step 2: Lindon will appear on the field as an enemy unit. Don’t attack him. If you kill him, he’s dead forever.
Step 3: Contact Lindon as Alear to talk to him and recruit him to your cause.
How to recruit Saphira
The last unit to be added is Saphir, the warrior. Luckily, she’s another character that’s easy to get your hands on.
Step 1: Go to Chapter 19.
Step 2: Talk to Saphir with Alear to recruit her.
