The Norwegian ambassador to India, May-Elin Stener, was faced with a dilemma when shopping. Taking to X, she shared how she faced a “difficult choice” while shopping for a saree ahead of Diwali. She also asked netizens to help her choose one.

“8 weeks old in India and off to buy my first saree for #Diwali! A difficult choice between all the fabrics, colors and weaves. What amazing craftsmanship! I’m inclined to think I’ll go with red. What do you think? Btw hubby goes Indian too! However, his choice of kurta was easier,” she wrote. The Norwegian ambassador ended her announcement with a picture.
