Method-1 Auto Configuration

- Go to Outlook and select the ‘File’ tab.
- Open the ‘Info’ category, go to the ‘Account Settings’ option and select ‘Account Settings’ again from the menu.
- On the “Email” tab, select “New”.
- Next, in the “Automatic account setup” section, fill in the following under “Email accounts”:
Your Name: Enter your full name
Email address: Enter your Spectrum email address.
Password: Enter your Spectrum email password.
Re-enter your password: Re-enter your password
Click ‘Next’ to begin the automatic account setup process.

If you want to save your password, select the ‘Remember password’ checkbox.
Also select the ‘Require login with Secure Password Authentication’ (SPA) checkbox.
- Then select Check account settings to verify that the Internet is properly connected to the device and that you are logged in to the server. You will also receive a text message showing the changes that have been made to the original Outlook setup
- Finally, click ‘Next’ then ‘Finish’ to complete the setup.
Set up Roadrunner in Outlook 2010
Method-1 Auto Configuration
Follow the steps below to automatically configure email accounts for Roadrunner in Outlook 2010:
- Go to Outlook then go to the ‘File’ tab.
- Then go to ‘Info’ and select ‘Add Account’; The ‘Add New Account’ wizard will open.
- In the ‘Add New Account’ wizard, enter the following:
Name: The name you want to display
Email address: Spectrum . full email address
Password: Universal email password
Re-enter your email password to confirm.
