Carly Waddell ready to give roses? Jared Haibon and Ashley Iaconetti, her former Bachelor in Paradise co-stars, are pushing for Carly Waddell to become the next host of the Bachelor franchise.
Haibon, 33, told Us Weekly that he and Iaconetti were involved in Carly Bachelorette 2022. “She’s great. Carly Bachelorette 2022 is a fantastic idea. She deserves it. She’s an amazing person and has wonderful kids.”
Waddell, 36, is mother to Bella, 3, and Charlie, 2. Evan Bass, their estranged husband, is also a mother. They got engaged in 2017 after getting together on Season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise. The couple announced their separation in December 2020.
Iaconetti stated that it would be someone who was in a divorce situation on The Bachelor World. She also said Waddell would be an excellent choice for the job.

The “Almost Famous” podcast host met the former cruise ship singer on Chris Soules Season 19 episode of The Bachelor in 2015. Haibon, Iaconetti and Waddell all appeared on seasons 2/3 of BiP. The couple got married in 2019.
Haibon shared Waddell’s support during Iaconetti’s pregnancy, when their son Dawson is due next month.
“Ashley told us she talked to Carly about her [baby] Shower and Carly responded, ‘That’s amazing and great,'” the Rhode Island native shared with us. Stories like these make us [excited]. Such stories move us, you know. [excited].”
