The “Professionals” season of Bake Off has premiered. On July 4, 2023, the new season premiered, giving fans a delicious surprise. Teams of competitors compete in teams of two, and in this article we will talk about Mustafa and Tracy.
Mustapha, a black belt in taekwondo for the Moroccan national team, entered Bake Off: The Professionals 2018 for the first time, but unfortunately exited in the first round – but now he’s back to winning ways.
This time he is joined by demi chef de partie Tracy, who moved to the UK from Hong Kong in 2022 with her family and beloved cat. Previously a student of aeronautics, she now turned her gaze from the precise precision required of a pilot to that of confectionary, with Mustafa as her mentor.

Mustapha
Mustapha is an experienced pastry chef with a proven track record in the hospitality industry. He is skilled in catering, hospitality management, menu development, culinary skills and hotel management.
The pastry chef describes his cooking as “a classic style of cooking that is clean and unique.” He likes to combine unusual flavors to create an unexpected but delicious dessert. Growing up, he was surrounded by spices and various types of mini pastries. As a child, he was always baking with his mother and experimenting with new recipes, but he never thought that one day he would be a pastry chef.
Mustapha also always loved watching cooking shows on TV. One of my biggest inspirations and influences was chefs like Gary Rhodes.
According to his LinkedIn, Mustapha worked as the head pastry chef at Boulangerie Jade from 2017 to 2018. After that, he started working at Searcys as the head pastry chef from 2018 to 2022.

Mustapha trained at Le Cordon Bleu London (FDSC Culinary Arts, Advanced Diploma in Patisserie) and London South Bank University (FDSC Culinary Arts, Hospitality Administration/Management).
