Bob Odenkirk’s career

American actor, comedian and director Bob Odenkirk is best known for his role as Saul Goodman in the television series Breaking Bad (2008–2013) and its sequel Better Call Saul (2015–2022). He received five Primetime Emmy nominations for the latter for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.

He has also received six Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Drama Series for producing Better Call Saul since his debut. Additionally, he co-created and starred in the HBO comedy series Mr. The Bob and David Show (1995–1998) with comedian David Cross. He and Cross got back together in 2015 on the Netflix series W/Bob & David, starring the entire cast of Mr. Showa.

Odenkirk won the EMMY Award for Outstanding Writing for Variety Series in 1989 and 1993 for writing television episodes of Saturday Night Live (1987-1991 and The Ben Stiller Show (1992). He co-wrote Late Night with Conan O’Brien from 1993 to 1994 and starred in Sandi Sande 1994. Year 8.
