Carolyn Besancon married Charlie Snider on January 14, 1978, and as of 2022, the couple were still more in love than ever.
No wonder their daughter wished them a happy 44th anniversary on Facebook that year, captioning, “I can’t let a day go by without wishing my partner a happy anniversary! Today marks 43 years of marriage!! Time flies when you’re having fun! They chose between good and bad, ugly and beautiful!! Congratulations on #43! I love you both!”
Speaking of their kids, Carolyn and Charlie share two daughters – Brandy Sinder Cimino and Elise Snider Hull, ages 42 and 39 in 2022, respectively.
Their daughter, Brandy @brandy.snidercimino, graduated from Bryant High School and joined State University. The last time we saw her, she was working as a reading specialist in the Little Rock school district.
As for Elise, she lived in Benton, Arkansas with her husband Alberto Cimino, who worked in Power Equipment at CSR. Together they had a girl named Kestyn in March 2009 and a boy named Camden in April 2014.
Getting back to the husband-wife relationship, Carolyn seemed very supportive of Charlie. She even promoted Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch, asking her fans to watch her husband while he worked.
For those who don’t know, Charlie came to the Discovery program as the head of security working for Duane Ollinger. In short, the show was all about turning that high-energy dirt in the Uintah Mountains into gold (literally).

His father, Raymond, was a retired 3M foreman and a member of Lifeline Baptist Church in Little Rock. He, too, served in the US Navy from 1942 to 1945. While Carolyn’s mother, Melba was a teacher (employed at a one-room school in Rover), who worked as a department manager for Wal-Mart for 18 years.
During her early days, Melba enjoyed crocheting and cross-stitching, visiting family and friends, traveling, camping, and fishing.
Unfortunately, both Carolyn’s father and mother have passed away. Raymond was reportedly 80 when she left this world in 2002, while Melba was 91 when she followed him on July 21, 2018.
