Griveaux case, next. Piotr Pavlenski, the Russian activist who published intimate pictures of the former LREM candidate for Paris City Hall, refused to submit to a psychiatric examination within the deadline set by the judiciary, France Info reported on Friday, citing his lawyer, Mr. Yassine Bouzrou, who qualifies expertise as “an unnecessary and boring requirement”.

Pavlenski, subjected to an expert examination for “violation of the intimacy of private life” and “distribution without the consent of the person of the registration covering words or images of a sexual nature”, had to undergo a psychiatric expert examination before July 15. to the investigating judge’s letter dated July 6, which pointed out that his judicial review requires “the submission of evidence of psychiatric care every two months” and that “any willful neglect of the obligations of your judicial review may result in (him) being detained”.

Pavlensky responded to that letter, justifying his refusal to undergo an expert examination and claiming that he was a victim of “forced treatment”: “We already have too many historical examples where with the help of psychiatry everything that does not correspond to the ideology of the state is purified.
