the Three teenagers involved in the case of Mila, the high school student of the Isère and threatened with death in January after criticizing islam on social networks, were indicted in February and June, said on Wednesday the public prosecutor of Vienna.

He was arrested on February 20, and referred to the next day in the framework of a judicial investigation for “theft, death threats, threats to commit a crime, harassment and the use of the identity or identifying information of others in order to undermine the peace or honour”.

According to the public prosecutor, the young man acknowledged “to have disseminated the information” to the young Mila. It was put in examination for “concealment of theft, electronic harassment and the use of identification data of others”, before being placed under judicial control.

The investigations still in progress

Two other minors, aged 17 and from the Isère and the Rhone, have been brought before the investigating judge in charge of the case on 10 June. They have been indicted for “theft and concealment of theft of computer data” and placed under judicial control. They acknowledged that they “have recovered the personal data of Mila before passing to the minor from Besançon”.

A fourth person, “a perpetrator of death threats”, has also been arrested in may by the research section of the gendarmerie of Grenoble on a commission of the magistrate of Vienna. “The investigations will now continue with a view to the identification of other perpetrators of threats,” said Audrey Quey.
