Daryl-Ann Denner and her husband Daniel Denner were married on July 28, 2012.
The former wrote on her blog: “Four years ago today, I made the best decision of my life and married my best friend. At only twenty-one years old, I received many comments like, “Do you really want to be tied up now?” “Don’t you want to travel and explore the world first?” “You both still have a lot of growing up to do.”
Daryl-Ann added: “I have to admit, they were right; we had a lot to grow up with. But one of my favorite parts about Daniel and my marriage is that we grew up together. We saw each other at our best, even on days when we’d rather no one saw us at all. We’ve had our highs and some so low that we wouldn’t have survived them without each other. We have traveled, laughed, lost, learned and grown, we are both better today than we were four years ago today.”
She confirmed that her marriage with her husband is her greatest blessing.
Daryl-ann confirmed: “Being married to Daniel has been my greatest blessing. He cheered me on when others weren’t sure what I was doing, he corrected me when I was wrong [that one time 😉], and pointed me to the Lord at all times. He’s definitely adored me since day one. So, Daniel, thank you for everything you’ve taught me over the past four years. You make me want to be better, every day. I am so grateful for your steadfast love and constant guidance.”
On Daryl-Ann’s blog, Daniel shared what it’s like to be an “Instagram husband”. He wrote: “I think one of the funniest parts of being married to a blogger is when someone asks what your wife does for a living.”
“Blogging is more than a full-time job. It doesn’t stop. It doesn’t shut down after 8 hours, and there’s always something more we can do. This along with Daryl-Ann’s personality is a perfect fit. Daryl-Ann doesn’t stop. She is successful to the bone,” Daniel wrote, admiring his wife’s dedication to the blog. “She rarely sits on the couch to rest because there’s always something she could be working on or another item she can check off her list. In fact, I had to practically drag her out of the house before we went to the hospital to be persuaded to get Rhett because she was working on putting things together for the blog post.”
Daniel also took a lot of photos for his wife. He also revealed on the blog that he works with the back end of her business, basically all the things you don’t see. He helps her with the monthly content calendar, and then how she will perform all the recordings.
Daniel added: “She is the best partner in business and in life.” After all, I’m passionate about growing businesses and that’s what I love to do. It’s always on my mind and even though Daryl-Ann loves the benefits of this passion and supports me in what I love, I often have to catch myself not talking about work when we’re out for a nice dinner.”
On their 2020 anniversary, Daniel wrote: “I would ugly cry any day of the week for you! Thank you for choosing to love me every day. There is one I prefer to live life with. Here’s to forever. Btw, the rumors are true… it’s LDC in a champagne glass 😉👊🏻.”
