Davido on the Billboard charts
Davido continued his big break in the US market, rising from #37 to #28 on the Billboard charts along with his hit ‘Fall’. The Nigerian singer, who had previously been pictured currently working with Ludacris in the studio, released the song in 2017 and it quickly became a hit in Nigeria, in different parts of Africa and in the main UK. However, she was unable to break into the US market with him at the time. The DMW boss in his ‘Ebro In The Morning’ interview on Sizzling97, New York with Ebro Darden stated that he had given up and returned to Africa before a sudden U-turn allowed him to jump into the North American music market.
The Nigerian singer is said to be the second highest earner on @billboard’s Rising Artists list this week. According to Billboard, for the week ending March 30, 2016, “Fall,” which had been on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay charts for six weeks, dropped from its peak volume of 17 to 18. Despite this, Davido rose from 37 to 28 on the US Billboard chart in the past week with the hit song.
