Davido appears to be following Ezego’s Money King pattern, having recently purchased another large property in Banana Island, Lagos.
The 29-year-old musician paid N2.5bn for 5 acres on a man-made island off the coast of Ikoyi, not far from the multi-million dollar property he previously bought.

Davido, whose real name is David Adeleke, owns an expensive piece of land some 5,000 miles from the Lekki toll plaza, on which he has promised to build the biggest and best mansions.
And if he wonders if the land is too expensive and suspects he’s lying, Davido has promised to pay off the bill.
