Dylan Gonzalez’s career
She began playing basketball in high school, and in 2013 she was selected for the McDonald’s All-American team. The following year, she won her first statewide championship.
She received Player of the Year honors as a sophomore, which included acknowledgement for her accomplishments in volleyball and basketball.
She performed this action nine times and scored ten points in her first two years, from 2013 to 2014. In her rookie season, she faced the renowned Oral Roberts team and played a season-high 5 minutes.
Due to changes in the rules, she was not able to join the team when she began as a sophomore in 2014–15. She then reached the pinnacle of her career in 2015–2016, finishing sixth on her squad and averaging 5.4 points per game.
She also has 22 three-pointers this season, which ranks third on the team. In four games, she scored twice as many points. She has been a student for 14 years. The team’s defense is reportedly top-notch.
When Dylan and Dakota posted their first official song, Nobody Knows, on SoundCloud in late 2016 under the stage name Dyl-Kota, their professional journeys took a new turn.
But what ultimately led them to give up the sport was the NCAA’s rejection to let them play basketball and sing. The twins declared their retirement from basketball in 2017 to focus on music. Later, they adopted the name Tata.
