EASTENDERS star Rob Kazinsky looks very different to the last time we saw him as Sean Slater.
The soap actor-turned-Hollywood star, 39, stripped down to reveal his true body and size before embarking on a fitness journey for an upcoming role.

Calling himself a “fat cu*t”, Rob shared a series of earlier pictures telling fans he weighed 220lbs (15.7st).
Rob, who ditched his usual look and shaved head, told his fans: “You’re going to see quite a bit more activity over the next few months, and that’s the kind of activity and vanity that I’m steadfastly avoiding. Fitness S**t.
“I will try to avoid self-defeating shame and general autistic self-destruction as much as possible and I will not die of shame.”
He continued: “This is the first day, my starting point. I am 220 pounds, 19.7% body fat. I’m turning 40 in a few months and one thing I’ve learned is that every day it gets harder and harder to train and recover, I can’t do things like I did in my 20s, so what’s the plan?”
Rob then revealed that he needs to get in shape for his next job, saying: “I’ve got a great job waiting for me if the strikes stop and I’ve decided to get in superhero shape, no drugs, no PEDs, no help, just a 40 year old fat b* ****d that gets by with what I still have.
“So we’ll start here while I figure this out. We’ll be doing checks and updates and hopefully I’ll be able to tell you what it’s for soon.”
Rob shared an update with fans this week, saying he’s “always struggled with weight” and apologized for not posting more.
The actor left EastEnders in 2009 after playing Stacey Slater’s (Lacey Turner) erratic brother in the program for three years, but has since returned briefly.
He also had a very successful career in Hollywood thanks to his role in True Blood.
He went on to appear in blockbusters such as Pacific Rim, Hot Pursuit, Warcraft and Captain Marvel.
