Financial and monetary crime compensation requested from Visa Inc. and Mastercard Inc. to provide the details of the bank card used by the musician Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley.

In a letter to Visa, the charge demanded that the company provide details of the last 5 transactions on each of the three Visa playing cards recovered from Naira Marley. The main card with the amount 4921819410257431 was issued by Lloyds Financial Institution Plc and bears the identification number of Timea Fedorna Tatar. The second card with the amount 4539782440624281 is issued by Barclays Financial Institution Plc and bears the identification number of Nicole Louise Maylon, while the third card with the amount 4757147207869807 is issued by Santander UK Plc and bears the identification number of Sharon Broad.
Also, in the EFCC’s letter to Mastercard, the charge required the company to provide details of the last 5 transactions on the musician’s recovered Mastercard card. The carton with the quantity 5354631405139323 was issued by Prepay Applied Sciences Ltd and has the identification number Linh H. Mendez Rojas.
Naira Marley was arrested on May 10 at 9 Gbangbala Road, Ikate, Lekki, Lagos, along with Omomniyi Temidayo (aka Zlatan Ibile) and three others for alleged advance pricing fraud. Following her arrest, the anti-corruption firm filed an 11-count indictment against Nair Marley. Charges consistent with the number of FHC/L/178C/19 were filed with the Lagos State High Court.
