A businessman and socialite, Obi Cuban, who was in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for the last 24 hours for alleged tax fraud and money laundering, has been released by the Commission.

He was arrested in Abuja, the federal capital, for alleged involvement in tax crimes and money laundering.
Mr. Obi was released on November 2.
