On Monday night, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) released Paschal Okechukwu, also known as the Cuban High Priest, from custody.
According to an earlier report by MANDY NEWS, Okechukwu was arrested by EFCC officers in Abuja last week. Since then he has been detained and questioned on charges of money laundering and tax fraud.

He was arrested in Abuja while trying to board a flight to Owerri after witnessing the 2022 World Cup play-off second leg match between Nigeria and Ghana at the Moshood Abiola Sports Stadium, popularly known as the Abuja National Stadium.
