If you’re new to the game, you’ve probably noticed that you sometimes wear really weird clothes. When you have stronger armor, swapping out different parts at different times means your clothes will look completely out of place. On top of that, some of the individual items are downright eye-catching.
To look like a daring adventurer, you need to learn how to use spells. That’s it.
Unleash the charm
To unlock the Enchantment system, the player must complete the level 15 quest “If I Was Charming” in Western Thanalan. This will also unlock Charming Dressers in your Hotel Room and Squadron Barracks.

Graceful means applying the style of one item to another of the same type (body, arms, legs, etc.)
There are three limitations:
1 – “Charism without husband”. This glamorous piece can’t be as glamorous as anything else.
2 – “Cannot use Charisma due to career restrictions”. The talisman must match your rank and level.
3 – “Basic item level cannot be lower than Charisma usage level”. The enchantment shard must be the same item level or lower than the item level of the equipment you use.
There are two ways to seduce, both of which require at least a prism of seduction. You can use the Charm Prism directly with an item in your inventory, or you can use the Charm Prism to place an item in your Charms Wardrobe.
Direct use of Glamor Prism
You can use the Enchantment Prism to make an item look like another (better) item. Right click on the ugliness you want to mask and select “Cast Glamor”. You can then select a piece of the same type in your inventory. Entries that violate the above rules will be greyed out.
This method allows you to cast spells instantly no matter where you are, as long as you have the charms and prisms in your inventory. Some people like to do this when doing quests or leveling up, so they can reapply the enchantment to new gear without going back to the city.
Use Glamor Wardrobe
You can place an item in the Charms Wardrobe in the Inn or Squadron Barracks. Doing so costs a Charm Prism, but you can apply it to any number of items, an unlimited number of times, as long as you’re in an area where the Charms Plate can be used. w
The item you put in the enchantment cabinet must be completely durable, free from the artist’s signature, materials, other enchantments, and (mostly) aether rewards. It also resets mind association to 0% and when you take it out of the closet it will link to you.
You can dye an item in your charms cabinet (right click > “Dye”) or dye it on a separate talisman to use with the set. If it’s an expensive dye, I recommend dyeing the item in the Charms Dresser. If it’s cheap, you can dye the Glamor Plate with confidence without worrying about discarding the Glamor Plate later.
If you want to use enchantments from your enchantment cabinet without setting up the enchantment table, just go to the charms cabinet, right click > “Apply Charm” and it will cast the enchantment on your currently equipped device for as long as it does. fee. No need for a flashy lens.
You can delete items at any time by right-clicking > “Restore Item” in the Charms Wardrobe. You can even remove parts that are currently being used in Glamor Plates.

To set up the Charms Ornament, simply assign any part from your Charms Cabinet and/or your favorite Armor to the Ornament. Glamor panels can be applied to each of the expansion’s main “centers”: Limsa Lominsa, Ul’dah, Gridania, Foundation, Idyllshire, Kugane, Rhalgr’s Reach, The Crystarium, and Eulmore. Glamor Plates are also allowed in residential areas.
Glamor Plates can also be linked to Gear Sets. In the list of gear sets, right click > “Link to enchantment table”, when switching to that gear set, the enchantment table will be applied automatically.
You can also do this via a macro using the /gearset or /gs command. For example, “/gs change 1 3” will equip you with the first set of gear, then apply your 3rd enchantment table.

market table
The easiest way to get something shiny instantly is to pay for it. Check out the market table and sort by job location and equipment to easily browse through tons of devices to see what you might like. Remember that you don’t need to buy high-quality equipment if you’re just using it to look good.
Many Marketboard items are sold by NPC vendors worldwide, so check the store’s sale price on that item in case the Marketboard price seems too high.
Device “Artifact” or “Work”
If you’re looking to really capture a specific job’s fantasy, check out their work-specific gear, as it’s designed for a specific purpose. If you throw it away, you can get it back with a small amount of gold from Calamity Salvagers in the starting city. You can find level 50 and level 70 sets here.
Several working sets have been acquired elsewhere. You can get a second level 50 set from Kakalan in Revenant’s Toll [22, 5] For ancient items obtained from level 50 dungeons. Yolaine in Basics [13, 11] Selling level 60 Centurio Seal set.
Level 80 sets can be obtained (and redeemed) from Grenoldt in Tempest [34, 26]. All of these sets come in a dyeable version, but a level 80 dyeable version is not available yet.
gold plate
Gold Saucer has some skins that you might want to check out. Go to Gold Plate Waiterlocation [5.1, 6.7] for most of them. These are general equipment and can be fitted by all trades. Some of it is ridiculous, so if you like people stopping to stare at you, you’ll want to watch it. You’ll need to earn a decent amount of MGP to buy all of these.
Summer [7.2, 7.3] Assuming you’ve done enough fashion reports, there’s another outfit for some girls.
test equipment
These gear are designed to make you look like a full-fledged boss as a reward for completing difficult late-game content. Ultimate Trials rewards you with fancy weapons, while Assault ranks have a full set of armor and weapons available.
The normal and brutal armor sets are the same model, but the brutal armor sets can be dyed. You’ll have to collect tokens in exchange for gear by playing the battle multiple times, unless you’re lucky and the item of your choice happens to drop.
If you have max level character you can do level 50 and 60 trials alone, but you’ll probably have to post an asynchronous run in Team Finder for high level trials and raids than. These battles can appear in your Magical Tails book, so people will be more motivated to join you.
You can try most of these from vendors, so check them out in Idyllshire (level 60), Rhalgr’s Reach (level 70) and Eulmore (level 80). Level 50 stuff is a special case since it’s actually crafted with drop items, so you can try on the market board.
tomstone device
While not always as impressive as the armor sets in raids, the Tomestone sets were released at the same time as the late game player alternatives, so they are still noted for their aesthetic appeal. Eulmore is where you’ll find level 80 sets, but these are obtained through Nuts or one of the two late-game tomestones, depending on the set you’re looking at.
PvP equipment
While I find some of these scenes quite odd, there are still some unique aesthetics if that’s what you’re after. Check out all of these skins at Wolf’s Den Dock and collect the Wolf Mark if you want to get any of these items.
dungeon robbery
I would recommend looking up the required devices on a tool like garlandtools. First, I would like to note that a lot of the items dropped in the dungeon cannot be dyed, so be sure to check first if you think this is important to you.
Second, check to see if there are any shared models, as Square Enix tends to reuse device models from past expansions. You can pick up a similar piece right now from the market board or something else simple, although it may have a slightly different color scheme.
This is by far the hardest buff to get because it scales to the RNG whether the piece you want to drop or not. Consider getting a friend to farm it for you, or if it’s an older dungeon, come back when your level is much higher so you can easily solo.
If you’re looking for equipment to upgrade dungeons (e.g. levels 51-59, 61-69, etc.), then make sure to keep other pieces of the same set in your inventory, for the sake of dungeon completion. Make sure to install software you don’t already have.
mogg . station
If you don’t mind paying real money, the game’s cash shop offers exclusive decorations including charm items. They are located in The Mog Station under the Options tab. Personally, I find enough fashion clothing in the game because there are so many items, but I do find the appeal of some of the specially designed outfits you can buy.

In short, to be part of the hero, you’ll need to stock up on the Glamor Prism, find some nice clothes, and fill up your Glamor Wardrobe. Then you can go big and incorporate any cool or crazy outfit you can think of.
