As Fortnite Chapter 3 is coming to an end, it’s time to start tackling some of the last minute tasks in the game. As part of Season 4, Week 9, new quests are available, and some of them are a bit tricky, especially if you’re not an experienced player.

Season 4 Week 9 Missions Guide
Damage opponents with Suppressed SMG (200)

This is a mission you’ll likely complete playing naturally, but definitely prioritize picking up the Suppressed SMG, which is available as loot on the floor or from chests. For this you need to deal 200 damage to real players or AI enemies within a match. This challenge is cumulative, so you don’t have to deal all 200 damage in one match.
Drive the vehicle into the Chrome Vortex and fly around it for 10 seconds (10)
Chrome eddies are large tornadoes that surround the map. You can actually check their location by looking at the map — as indicated by the tornado icon. Land near the Chrome Vortex, then keep your eyes open for the vehicle. There are almost always cars somewhere around Chrome Crossroads, near the gas station. Once you get the vehicle, drive it to the Chrome Vortex and wait to be taken away. After 10 seconds, you will receive credit for completing this mission.
Emotion outside the bunker of Bao Bros (1)

The Bao Bros Bunker is located on the east side of Loot Lake, west of Chrome Crossroads. Use the map above as a reference. Simply go to this location and use any emote in the bunker to complete this quest.
Fly 250 meters with a Grapple Glider in one shot (250)
Grapple Gliders are available as floor loot, from chests, and from Supply Drops, so there are many ways to get your hands on them. Once you find it, go to the top of an elevated location, such as Rave Cave or another high place, and use the Grapple Glider to launch yourself into the air. Deploy your glider immediately, then do your best to cover as much as possible. You need to slide 250 meters in one swing, but you shouldn’t have much problem with that if you jump from a high enough point.
Hunt a glowing animal for loot (1)

Around the map in random locations are glowing prey animals, which – as the name suggests – have glowing physical characteristics. These include chickens, boars, wolves and crows. However, an easy way to guarantee that you’ll find a glowing animal to prey on is to go shark hunting in Loot Lake. This shark always spawns as a glowing prey animal, so all you have to do is defeat it to complete this quest.
Loot a legendary weapon from an eliminated player (1)
This quest is based on luck, but if you last until the end of the match, you are more likely to encounter a player carrying a legendary weapon (remember, legendary weapons are orange). It’s best to complete this mission with a squad, so you have help when it comes to taking down enemies. Simply pick up dropped legendary weapons to earn credit for this quest.
Use Dial-A-Drop to call the vehicle (1)

The Dial-A-Drop was featured in a previous quest this season, but was buggy because the item wasn’t actually available in-game. Now that seems to be fixed and you can find Dial-A-Drop from chests. It appears as a purple little radio, and when you use it, you can select a vehicle to appear from the sky. Choose a vehicle and you will easily complete its mission (it is the rightmost option).
