However, Kizz Daniel founded his own record label, Flyboy Entertainment, and was able to release music again. He also released his second album, “No Bad Songz” under his new label. One Hundred Million Naira (200,000,000), Special Damages for Breach of Contract amounting to N 179,499,957.00 (One Hundred Seventy-Nine Million, Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty-Seven Naira) and N 150,000,000 ( One hundred and fifty million naira) for departure fees, among other reliefs. In pursuit of this course, the label retained the law firm Olisa Agbakoba Legal, led by lead counsel, Dr. Olisa Agbakoba, SAN, to prosecute its claims against the artist. The case was adjourned until January 21, 2020 to hear the publisher’s request.
