Trisha Kazan and Glenn Villeneuve were heartbroken when they first met on Facebook in May 2014. After talking online for 3 months, via computer and phone, sometimes talking all night, Trisha finally took a flight and traveled to Alaska on their first date, a four-day visit.
So on the first day, the duo hiked the sites, and on the second day, Glenn invited her to his camp in the Brooks Range, a 200-mile flight from Fairbanks in a small seaplane. There, the couple spent a wonderful day on the lake, sightseeing by canoe and on foot. “It was a cold day for August, with thin ice on the puddles and a few flurries of snow in the air,” Glenn recalled.
After four days, Trisha had to return to her job in Massachusetts. But before boarding the flight, she had already decided to move to Alaska with the Life Below Zero star. So, as soon as she got home, she started all the preparations, she quit her job, sold her car and many other things, and did all the necessary work.
In November 2014, she finally moved to Alaska with her daughter Amelia (who was 5 years older at the time).
But Trisha wasn’t the only one with a child. Glenn also has two children named Willow and Wolf Song (15 and 12 in 2022 respectively) from a previous relationship.
As for the lovebirds’ biological children, they welcomed a daughter named Agatha Villeneuve on June 22, 2017.
