“After 12.5 years at Google, I was unfortunately affected by Google’s layoffs last Wednesday while on maternity leave. I am heartbroken and devastated to say the least, especially while on leave with a 10 week old. I will be forever though grateful for all my time at Google and for the AMAZING people I got to work with who I call my friends and more importantly, my family,” Foley wrote on LinkedIn.
