Deputies have in the box on Monday the restrictions on gatherings, authorized by the draft law on organizing the exit of the emergency state of health after July 10, to take into account when considering the text of the recent decision of the State Council in committee.
On Saturday, the highest administrative court lifted the ban on gatherings of more than ten people, issued in the context of the state of emergency, which restored freedom of expression, regarding the so-called “partitions”.
The text considered in the Laws Committee foresees a transitional period after the end of the state of emergency on July 10, during which restrictions on the movement of people, receiving the public in certain institutions or gathering on public roads will remain possible against Covid-19. Through the LREM amendment, members moved the end of this transition period to the end of October, rather than November 10.
