AI-powered ChatGPT has recently frustrated a significant number of potential new users due to its very popularity, which has led to the very common “at capacity” objection many people face.
Unfortunately, you currently have to wait or go back to a time when fewer people are using it. You can also try one of the best ChatGPT alternatives, including Microsoft’s recently announced integration of ChatGPT into Bing.
OpenAI’s rising star chatbot, ChatGPT (launched in November 2022) uses machine learning to generate responses from questions or queries entered by users. People were amazed at how mature and talkative he was, while also raising a number of ethical questions that everyone is talking about.
But recently the biggest problem has been access. In recent weeks, there have been reports of those who wanted to create a new account or access a page on the ChatGPT site and were unable to do so due to traffic congestion.

Also, ChatGPT recently announced that a premium tier version, called ChatGPT Plus, is in the works. ChatGPT ‘at capacity’ workaround
You may have to wait for ChatGPT to become available, but there is a workaround you can try. Using a virtual private network (VPN) can sometimes bypass ChatGPT’s restrictions and allow you to use the service (we’ve got a roundup of the best VPNs if you’re interested in trying it out).
However, it may not work for you. The reason why a VPN might work is because it gives you a new session with ChatGPT and moves your virtual location. With a new session and location, ChatGPT could give you access.
You can also try using a different browser or device, or clearing your browser’s cache. If you’ve been stuck on the “full capacity” page for a while, you may be seeing a cached version of the web page.
Finally, you can move away from ChatGPT altogether. There are several great alternatives to ChatGPT. Microsoft recently integrated AI into Bing search, and you can sign up for the Bing Chat waitlist to get access when it’s available.
