HOLLY Willoughby is reportedly set to sign a new contract with This Morning, which could top her current salary of £700,000 a year.
The host raised suspicions that she may have been quietly fleeing the show following the departure of Phillip Schofield, but it appears to be the opposite.

A source told MailOnline bosses hope Holly will “save” the ITV show with the new deal.
The decision comes after the show was thrown into chaos after it was revealed that Phillip had been having an affair with a younger member of staff.
ITV bosses launched an investigation into the show’s working culture after allegations of bullying went viral following Schofield’s departure.
They were also under pressure to renew This Morning after the morning show looked less than clean after Schofield’s wake.
A source told MailOnline: “Holly will be back. People have been saying she won’t for a while, but she will be back.”
“ITV wants her back and they are delighted that she has accepted. It will be official soon, but it will save This Morning, it will alleviate the great crisis they find themselves in.”
“It probably would have been game over for them if Holly had left.”
They suggested that he would likely be paid more than his current salary of £700,000 a year in the new deal.
Holly’s rep told The Sun that she has “no plans” to retire from This Morning.
Since her TV partner of 13 years left the series, she’s teamed up with Alison Hammond, Dermot O’Leary, Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle to keep the fort going.
Schofield, who was married at the time of the affair, called the relationship “reckless but not illegal”.
Schofield told the Mail: “I am making this statement through the Daily Mail, who I have already personally apologized for misleading, through my lawyer, who I also misled, about the story they wanted to write about me a few days ago.”
“The first thing I want to say is: I am deeply sorry that I lied to you, and many others, about the relationship I had with someone who worked at This Morning.
“I had a consensual relationship with a younger male colleague on This Morning.
“Contrary to speculation, although I met the man as a teenager and was asked to help him break into television, it wasn’t until he started working on the show that it became more than just a friendship.
“That relationship was reckless, but not illegal. It’s over now.”
He said that Holly had no idea that something was going on between him and the young man and also broke his silence about what happened.
“It feels very strange not to be here with Phillip,” she told viewers.
“I imagine you felt the same way I did. Shocked, upset, disappointed, concerned for the well-being of people on all sides of what’s going on, and full of questions.
“You and me and all of us at This Morning gave our love and support to someone who wasn’t telling the truth, who they themselves felt needed to leave ITV and get away from a career they loved.
“It’s a lot to process and it’s just as hard to see the toll it’s taken on his own mental health.
“I think we are all connected now by the desire for healing and health and wellness for all.
“I hope that as we begin this new chapter and return to the place of warmth and magic that this show holds for all of us, we find strength in each other.
“Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the lovely messages. Thanks for being here this morning.
Myself, Josie, Alison, Dermot and Craig and every single person who works on this show will continue to work hard every day to bring you the show we love.”
The Sun contacted Holly and ITV for comment, which ITV declined.
