Step 5 – Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case (located on the bottom, above the charging port) for 20-30 seconds. The light on the front of the box will begin to blink. When it stops, release the button.
Step 6: The headset will start flashing white and orange when everything reboots. Then it will start blinking white. Once that happens, the reset is complete and you’re ready to pair things up again.
