Where to find Diricawl
Diricawls are flightless birds, so luckily you won’t have to look for them in the sky. They live in dens, with five scattered around the map for you to visit.
Step 1: The closest Diricawl hideout is northwest of Keenbridge in some ruins. Some enemies are nearby, so approach with caution.
Step 2: The second hideout is at the southwestern end of the Poitser shoreline. If you fast travel to Floo Flame on the south shore of Poitser, you simply need to head west on the map to where the river ends.
Step 3: The third hideout is a bit southwest of Marunweem Floo Flame along the coast.
Step 4: The last two hideouts are on the coast of Clagmar. From Clagmar Castle Floo Flame, one is on the north shore and the other is on the west.
How to Catch Diricawl
Once you find these tricky birds, the real trick will be catching one. These are the tricks you should know.
Step 1: Equip your Nab Sack and the Glacious and Momentum Arrest spells.
Step 2: Cast one of these spells on Diricawl from a distance. If you get too close, he will teleport away.
Step 3: Once immobilized, close and use your Nab Sack. You’ll need to fill four meters in the bag to fully capture them, but you should be able to if you’re fast enough after casting any of those spells.
