Steam makes it easy
Steam allows you to uninstall and reinstall any game you’ve paid for at any time. The process is almost as simple as installing them. In this guide, we’ll teach you how to uninstall Steam games, walking you through the process step by step.

Uninstall via Steam
The fastest and easiest way to uninstall the game is through Steam.
Step 1: Open the Steam client and sign in, if necessary.
Step 2: Click Library tab in the top navigation menu.
Step 3 – Find and right-click on the game you want to uninstall in your library, which should open a dropdown menu. From there, go down to Govern, and then a new dropdown menu will appear. Click on that dropdown uninstall.
Step 4: Steam will confirm if you want to completely uninstall the game. When you’re ready, click uninstall button.

While all of the above methods should work for uninstalling Steam games, it never hurts to check with a manual uninstall. Deleting the game files manually is a bit trickier, but it’s the best way to ensure that you’ve completely removed the game (and all of its files) from your system.
Remember that games that you have uninstalled will still appear in your Steam library even if they are no longer part of your system.
Step 1 – In your computer’s file browser, navigate to the Steam installation folder. On Windows 10, your Steam folder defaults to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam.
Step 2: search and select steamapps folder and then Usual map.
Step 3: Once you are inside Usual folder, you will notice that there are several additional folders in the storage. There should be a folder for each game you have installed on your computer. Find the name of the game you want to delete, select the folder, and click the Delete button. Please note that the corresponding game will be gone after you officially delete the folder. All saves and progress will be lost, so make sure you really want to delete the game. If you decide you want to play the game again after you have removed it, you will need to reinstall it. Your new game will return to its original settings.
However, Steam likes to leave a back door for gamers who delete games from their computer. The program allows players to access settings and save files to their device should they end up choosing to reinstall the game. To completely remove these files as well, you can go to saved games map, the documents map or application data folder in C:\Users\[YourUsername].
