A HUGE five-bedroom house has gone on the market with a guide price of £150,000 – but it has a serious catch.
The spacious freehold property in Derby which is near local shops and amenities appears to have previously been used as a cannabis farm and the place has been trashed.

Pictures on Rightmove show some of the rooms littered with black plastic plant pots, fans hanging from the walls and a ventilation system running through the property.
Windows in some of the rooms appear to have been sealed up with industrial tape and many of the rooms are covered in white sheets.
In another room, it’s so full of junk and piled high with what seems to be broken bits of furniture that you can’t even see the floor.
There are even plant pots stacked up in the kitchen which is covered in litter and discarded items.
While the lounge hasn’t been trashed it’s still in a mess with a grubby grey carpet and has a small cupboard propping open the door.
Despite the condition and any buyer will need to spend quite a bit of cash to make it habitable, they could have a bargain in their hands.
The house was last sold in 2007 when it went for £196,000.
According to Rightmove, the average house price in Derby is £239,564, with detached properties averaging £358,302.
Along with the five bedrooms the detached property has two reception rooms as well as a bathroom and kitchen.
There’s also some outside space too, which will also need attention.
Derby station is less than a mile away while Becket Primary School, which has been rated by Ofsted as “good” is under half a mile away.
St Joseph’s Catholic Voluntary Academy, which also has a “good” Ofsted rating, is almost on the doorstep.
The property is set to go under the hammer with Bagshaws Residential Auctions on August 1.
