“In my opinion, the FBI and the government here acted illegally when they kidnapped him in Dubai without any legal process. There was no extradition, no legal action was taken, no court papers were filed, it was simply a matter of calling the FBI. He is not a citizen of the United States, the United States had absolutely no authority to take him away. If Dubai wanted to deport him, they should have deported him to Nigeria. I have never heard of such a thing. That’s the real story here.”
