Who is Luka Magnotta?

In the video, Luka is shown standing on top of Lin Jun. Luka proceeds to dismember the victim’s body and engages in further disturbing acts, including feeding the dog meat and killing the puppy.

In addition, Luka sent the victim’s left leg to the Conservative Party of Canada, and then his right hand to the Liberal Party. Lin Jun’s head was eventually retrieved from a small lake in Montreal’s Angrignon Park.
