Why was Jack DuCoeur a suspect in the murder of Kaylee Goncalves?
One of the Idaho murder victims, Kaylee Goncalves, was in a relationship with her boyfriend Jack DuCoeur before her death. They were in a relationship for five years, but broke up three weeks before her tragic death. He was initially suspected of murder, but later dismissed by police after “ridiculous conspiracies” followed.

When asked if Jack DuCoeur was acquitted of the murders, the police chief had this to say at a press conference on November 20, 2022: “Everything we took from those calls, we followed up on it, clarified, and we believe that we have not there is connection. ”
Earlier in the press conference, the chief identified several people who had been released (former roommates, the private driver who took them home), but left Jack off the list.
