As the rounds progress, more and more dancers will join the stage, building to a total of 100 for the grand finale when the winner is awarded $100,000 and the title.

Janick’s desire in life has always been to become a professional dancer. When he was younger, competing in So You Think You Can Dance Canada was one of his top priorities. Being from a small town, he was aware of the slim prospects for success. He knew that he had to act quickly.
Janick never allowed his unfavorable comments, he always kept my mind on my goals. She graduated from high school in New Brunswick and moved to Montreal to pursue her dancing career. She left everything behind, including friends and family, she took a chance and left.
Since Janick has achieved so many goals, she set out and began her dancing career in Canada. One of them was in the third season of So You Think You Dance Canada. Not only did she achieve that goal, but she also finished as a finalist – Top 4. she has since achieved it too, dancing in Ubisoft’s ‘The Michael Jackson The Experience’ video game with Kinect for Xbox 360; she attended with Megan Lawson (FanyPack) and Phil ‘Packman’ Shbeeb (IamMe) for Cirque du Soleil’s Micheal Jackson The Immortal Tour choreographed by NappyTabs.
Janick also danced in the movie ‘Mirror Mirror’ starring stars like Julia Roberts; Nathan Lane; she danced in the movie ‘Make your move 3D’ choreographed by NappyTabs, directed by Duane Adler and starring Derek Hough and BoA; she was on season 7 of America’s Best Dance Team with Irratik; she danced for Ceelo Green, Def Leppard, Melissa Etheridge and Kelly Clarkson in the Quebec version of the hit TV show The Voice (La Voix); she danced onstage at the Bell Center for Marie-Mai and danced in the movie Step Up 5: All In.
